What data do I need to create a meaningful profile?

Creating a talent or company profile is quick and easy. All you need is the most important personal data. In order to make the profiles meaningful and increase the chances of a "match", a lot of additional data, skills, work samples, photos from the companies, etc. can be stored depending on the type of profile. If you should not have all important information at hand when creating the profile, all data can also be updated or supplemented later.

For whom is SKILLARY the perfect network?

SKILLARY is aimed at all high professionals in the construction industry. Professional experience and age do not play a role at first. On SKILLARY, students find their first part-time job in the industry just as precisely as experienced site managers find the next challenge if a change is desired after several years.

Will I be visible for my employer or principals?

NO. Companies and other network participants will only be able to see your skill-set. Only upon request and after you have released your data will you be made visible. You decide what you want to share.

What does a talent profile on SKILLARY look like?

(Interior) architects, specialist planners, engineers and related professions will immediately feel comfortable with the possibilities of personal presentation in the talent profile. This is because we have developed the structure of the talent profiles together with some of the most important professional associations and chambers. To find out what your personal talent profile looks like, about 15 minutes are enough. Just try it out. SKILLARY is always free for talents.

What does SKILLARY BETA mean?

SKILLARY is a young company that focuses its offer very strongly on the needs of the users of our platform. We are currently still in the BETA phase with regard to the platform's range of functions in order to be able to quickly and flexibly incorporate the feedback of our talents and companies. Can I see my own employee's profiles?

This is a good question, and hopefully you already have the right talent on board. But no, you will only be able to see the skill-set of the potential talent. You will then be able to inquire to view the full profile details at the talent’s own discretion.

How do I post a job?

You don’t ? . SKILLARY does not operate by means of traditional job postings. Our match-making mechanisms/software essentially enables this. You will submit your list of requirements and will be notified. It’s that simple.

As a corporate client you can assemble and track your own pool of talent profiles. Here you can administer and manage candidates for future reference and/or interviews.

What is the pricing of SKILLARY?

Companies have to pay an annual fee for the presentation of their company profile at SKILLARY. Furthermore, in the internal area of the company profile, job postings can be created for which a one-time fee is charged. The prices are staggered, depending on who you are looking for. The exact prices will be published with the launch of the company registration.
